Refund Policy

1. General Information

 

 

Each artwork is individually handcrafted and carefully inspected before shipping.

Please note that slight variations in texture, color, or finish are part of the artistic process and do not constitute defects.

 

 

2. No Returns on Original Artworks

 

 

Due to the unique and fragile nature of original artworks, all sales are final once the artwork has been shipped.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind or personal preferences after delivery.

 

 

3. Damages During Shipping

 

 

If your artwork arrives damaged, please notify us immediately within 48 hours of delivery by sending an email to art@sezaicitak.com along with detailed photos of the damage and packaging.

We will work with you to resolve the issue either through an insurance claim or other appropriate solutions.

 

 

4. Custom and Commissioned Work

 

 

Custom and commissioned artworks are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances, as they are made specifically to customer specifications.

 

 

5. Exceptions

 

 

In cases where a return is exceptionally approved, the artwork must be returned in its original condition and securely packaged.

Return shipping costs and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer.
