All artworks are carefully packaged and shipped from Germany.

We currently offer worldwide shipping unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Orders are processed within 3–7 business days after full payment has been received.

Custom or commissioned artworks may require a longer processing time, which will be communicated individually.

 

3. Shipping Methods and Carriers

 

We ship with trusted carriers such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the destination and size of the artwork.

Each shipment includes tracking and insurance.

 

4. Shipping Costs

 

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and depend on the destination, size, and weight of the artwork.

International shipping fees may vary. Any applicable customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

5. Delivery Times

 

  • Germany: 2–5 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • Worldwide: 7–21 business days

6. Packaging

 

Each artwork is securely packaged to ensure safe transportation.

Original artworks are typically shipped in sturdy boxes or reinforced art crates.

 

7. Damages During Shipping

 

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at art@sezaicitak.com with photos of the damage and the packaging.

We will assist you with the claims process and offer a solution.
